1. Service description

ContractWatchAI is a tool that analyses sponsorship and brand-deal contracts. You paste the text of a contract, and we return a clause-by-clause breakdown with plain-English explanations. The tool is free to use at the Free tier. A paid Pro subscription tier is planned for future release — see Section 6 (Billing and paid subscriptions) for details.

2. Not legal advice

ContractWatchAI does not provide legal advice. The analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction. You should not rely on the analysis as a basis for any legal decision. Always consult a lawyer before signing a contract.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using ContractWatchAI does not create an attorney-client or lawyer-client relationship. No communication with this tool is privileged or confidential in a legal sense.

4. User responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use this tool.
You agree not to submit contract text that you do not have the right to analyse.
You agree not to use the tool for any unlawful purpose.
You acknowledge that the analysis may contain errors or omissions and should be independently verified.

5. No user accounts or stored data

This tool does not create user accounts. Contract text submitted for analysis is processed in real time and is not stored. No personal information is collected or retained beyond what is necessary to perform the analysis you request. There is no way to save, retrieve, or share your analysis results through this platform.

6. Billing and paid subscriptions

This section applies only when the Pro subscription tier becomes available for purchase. Until then, no charges will be made.

What you are buying

A Pro subscription gives access to higher character limits and faster processing on the ContractWatchAI analysis tool — features not available on the Free tier.

Price and billing period

The Pro subscription is billed at $12 per month (USD). Charges recur every month until you cancel. There are no annual or multi-month plans. The price may change in the future; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

Payment

Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise that processor to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring monthly basis. The operator does not view or store your full payment card details — the payment processor handles all card data.

Failed payments

If a recurring charge fails (e.g. card declined, expired, or insufficient funds), the payment processor will retry the charge automatically up to three times over the following week. If all retries fail, your Pro subscription will be suspended and access to Pro features will stop. Your Free tier access is not affected by a failed payment — you can continue using the tool at the Free level at any time. To restore Pro access after a suspension, update your payment method and a new charge will be attempted.

Refund policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — you will not be charged again. There are no refunds for partial billing periods already paid. If you cancel mid-month, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period. If the operator discontinues the Pro tier entirely, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.

When this takes effect

No charges are currently being made. The terms in this section will take effect on the date the Pro tier is launched and a payment processor is connected. Before that date, all use of the tool is free.

7. Intellectual property

The ContractWatchAI name, logo (the shield mark), and website design are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

This tool is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the tool, including but not limited to decisions made based on the analysis provided.

9. Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.

10. Governing law

No governing law or jurisdiction is specified until a legal entity is registered. Once the operator establishes a legal entity and jurisdiction, they will be stated here.
